"Multi-disciplinary team pulling together to make my experience a good one"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

I was recently admitted to Ward 20 for orthopaedic day surgery. Both the pre operative and post operative care was outstanding. It demonstrated an excellent well organised service and a fully integrated multi-disciplinary team pulling together to make my experience a good one. All staff from receptionist, nurses, theatre staff, porters, doctors, domestic, physiotherapist showed dedication and a very caring attitude. Thank you very much. I am very grateful and proud of the NHS.
