Today I went to papworth for a lung biopsy as an out patient.I had never been there before.I found all the staff to be friendly,helpful and kind without exception. Everything was explained clearly .I would recommend this hospital to everyone. Hospital procedures can be unpleasant but everyone made my experience as good as it possibly could have been.
