I went for a blood test. No problem
While waiting I saw 15 patients go in and out everyone used the hand wash/rinse bottle at the reception desk :
Also observed clinical staff discarding used equipment in the correct manner and washing after every patient
What could be improved
When booking for a blood test offered a ref number or name
Anything else?
Noticed my number given when I booked was out of sequence meaning some patients missed or did not attend .
