"I cannot compliment this service enough"

About: City Health Care Partnership CIC / DVT clinic

(as the patient),

I received outstanding care at the westbourne DVT service. I was seen at my GP surgery at 15: 00. A referral was made to the DVT service. On arrival at reception I was welcomed and had a very short wait. I was visibly distressed and was treated with the utmost care by the Nurse Helen. By 17: 00, after a thorough assessment and investigations a DVT was excluded, I received great written and verbal advice about my ongoing care/pain relief and self care. As a patient I can not compliment this service enough.
