"Feeling Better after being low"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

There service I have received has been really good. I felt low for a while in general then something inside triggered and sent me on a downward spiral. I looked for help from the GP who put me in touch with this Service. The Therapist has been really helpful and understanding. If I was to start feeling low again I would defo like to seek help from this service again.
