(as the patient),

The care was good. I received good support at home. The downside of this is I wanted Iris team to come longer; 12 weeks is not enough! . The service has made me feel better. I feel I can manage with my anxiety at home but would be better if Iris team was still visiting

Thank you for taking the time to comment about the Mansfield and Ashfield IRIS team. Unfortunately we are only a short term service but we realise this can be difficult when you enjoy our visits. I am glad to hear you are managing your anxiety.
