About: Manor Hospital / Breast surgery

(as the patient),

I had an appointment at Walsall Manor Hospital for a very worrying breast problem. I was extremely impressed with the efficiency of the team. My appointment was at 08. 30 am. I saw the Consultant immediately. I had a mammogram, breast ultra sound, and another consultation with the consultant with the results all within one hour. I have been a NHS nurse for 25 years at another hospital out of the area. The hospital environment was clean and all the staff I had contact with today were smiley very friendly, and professional. Thank you and well done.
