"Unbelievably disapointing"

Booked in for induction at 7.00 o'clock pm. When we arrived we were in the waiting room for 2 hours without even a word from midwives as to why or a sorry. Then put in a delivery room and left a further 3 hours with not a word. My partner finally became agitated and had words which is when they finally started monitoring the baby. 5 hours of uncomfortable waiting only to be seen because we made it aware of our frustration.
