About: Queen Margaret Hospital / Endoscopy

(as the patient),

Had to attend QM hospital in Dunfermline for my endoscopy. Was very anxious as I had to get from Edinburgh to the hospital by public transport on my own and also anxious about the procedure. From the moment I got to the hospital all the staff were very kind an reassuring. I was upset and they showed empathy and made the whole experience a lot less stressful. I would like to thank all the staff especially John, Marie, Yvonne and another lady who I didn't get her name. The ward was very light and airy and not like a hospital ward at all.
