To sum up my experience in one word: exemplary. I found her helpful, her instructions were very clear and she was cheerful, which never does any harm. Anna actually listens to me and what I say.
I have other medical conditions and have felt in the past that people have not listened to what I am saying.
I feel Anna deserves a big pat on the back.
