I attended a breastfeeding workshop, an antenatal class and the third week for a combination of the 2. I'm really happy that I attended, it's given me a bit more confidence as I'm new to all this with it being my first baby.
The midwife that was leading the classes and was brilliant at explaining things, they adapted as people were asking questions and thankfully showed us basic things that were a bit hazy like the best ways to bathe the new born and wrapping them up and changing nappies and ways to clean your baby properly. The midwife also gave us some really useful advise like what to pack in a hospital bag, birthing methods and things that come in handy during labour, all while answering any other queries that we had. The midwife that lead the classes has a very warm, friendly and caring approach (as all the staff at helm chase have) and made us feel at ease and comfortable.
Thank you for taking the time to show us that ??
