"The care she received went above and beyond"

About: Aberdeen Royal Infirmary / Infectious Diseases

(as a relative),

I would like to thank all the nurses and doctors for the care my mum received on her recent admission to ward 111. The care she received went above and beyond from ensuring she got plenty of cups of tea as she has a stoma bag and has to be careful she doesn't dehydrate, to the wonderful meals that where served from the chefs. The nursing staff where very friendly and no matter how busy they where always had a friendly smile.

Hi Stewart1, I do hope your mum is on the mend following her stay in 111. Thank you so much for taking the time let us know how well your mum was treated while in our care and that you appreciate it. It means a lot to staff to hear this from patients and family. All our staff work hard to deliver this kind of service to every patient so when they get it right it is really good to let them know.

Thanks again

Kerry
