What I liked
As there was no pain or discomfort associated with a cataract operation I cannot answer question 3.
I much appreciated the general efficiency, the attitude of the staff and the care taken to explain in great detail what a cataract operation would entail, this with ample opportunity for questions.
What could be improved
Nothing obvious.
