"Forced to travel to alternative A&E"

About: Lincoln County Hospital / Accident and emergency Newark Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

Turned away from Newark A&E which has more become minor injuries. Forced to travel to Lincoln to wait 5 hours in overused A&E for a simple procedure. On a prosthetic leg and dealing with a heavy nose bleed.

Thank you for your reply. My concern was the lack of basic support available for me at Newark. My email was modified before shared. Lincoln are doing there absolute best in a very difficult situation. Cover should be provided at Newark. My husband was told there was no doctor available.
