Eye Day Care Unit at Maidstone Hospital
Appointment received which we cannot attend. Need to let hospital know and ask to change it.
No reply on phone number given for planned care office 08451552345. Phone ringing 50 minutes. Tried again afternoon 15 minutes
keep being told my call is important to you, but still no response.
Rang through switchboard, but they cant get a response either. Told they will pass message on for them to call us but still waiting. Repeated this scenario over the last 3 weeks. Switchboard faxed the department in the end so we got the first appointment changed, we were able to keep the next one, but now have an operation appointment which we cannot keep - So do we just not turn up and waste your resources on the day, or, do you do something to sort out, either the department or your telephone system!
We would be pleased to receive a reply. By the way, tried to email firstname.lastname@example.org but that email came back with fatal errors!
I didn't have to type it in, it came through your website! Appointment is for elderly mother I am her carer.
