We were welcomed in a very warm way and were told that appointments were a little behind schedule.

This was helpful as we knew immediately what the situation was.

There was an apology and we were told how many patients were in front of us.

We explained we would go for a coffee and return in 15mins.

When we were seen the staff were very thorough and although the nursing staff had left two doctors continued examining my husband and explaining fully what they had found.

They treated us very courteously and asked us to return the following day for another test and possible procedure. Excellent treatment from all involved thankyou. The team is a credit to the hospital. My husband felt very positive about further treatment which is very important from a patient viewpoint. Sincere thanks for your professionalism.
