About: Leicester General Hospital / Urology

I was referred to the haematuria clinic by my GP.

I had an ultrasound which was very efficiently done, with no waiting at all.

Then to ward 28A for a cystoscopy.

All the staff were really efficient and extremely friendly and reassuring.

I was nervous about the cystoscopy but the doctor who did it was so competent it was over in a flash with hardly any discomfort.

All ran to time, a very well co-ordinated department.
