About: New Birmingham Dental Hospital

I wasn't to happy about the reception staff....it was my first time to the dental hospital and I wanted to ask for some advice as I didn't know the process about booking via 111 until the receptionist told me....my only issue was I advised the receptionist I had dental pain and how would I go about seeing a dentist as my own dentist keeps saying no appointment they looked at me and said you to call 111 and that's it no further information given....as I walked off they laughed at me and said they just come off the streets....now I found that very rude....as I am not aware of the process it would be nice to be told correctly instead of being rudley told and then have something said while walking off...two reception people both just laughed as I turned back they put their heads down....this not a way you want people to have faith within NHS. I will be returning with an appointment and if this happens again I will go higher and have this addressed.
