I was recently admitted to the E4 and I have to say my experience was 'First class'.
All the staff, both nursing and ancillary staff, were amazing and I was treated to with dignity and respect at all times.
I was admitted via A&E as an emergency and again, A&E staff were amazing and certainly put me at ease.
Being admitted on Boxing Day, I was surprised to find the ward was full and when I was feeling a little better, I was moved to the G4 (Harbour Suite), again, I was very well cared for and nothing was too much trouble. I have no complaints whatsoever, even the food of good, so all in all a positive experience.
Thank you to everyone in Respiratory Medicine and A&E, you are all wonderful!
