"I was treated at the Lewes Victoria ..."

About: Lewes Victoria Hospital

What I liked

I was treated at the Lewes Victoria Hospital on Tuesday 29th of January having a ERPC after suffering a miscarriage, I was dreading the experience as have had several not great experiences of treatment & as a result am a little phobic of hospitals...but the staff were lovely, very sensitive and attentive. The best things about my experience were the fact that each staff member involved in my treatment came and introduced themselves to me and talked through their role in my care explaining exactly what would happen, and the little touches put in place such as having one particular nurse who takes care of you during your treatment...walking you down to the operating theatre and staying with you until anesthetic takes hold, then being there when you come round. Also having all female staff for a procedure such as this made it much less stressful and less invassive.

I was blown away by the care I received, and the whole experience was very smooth, simple and proffessional. Would have expected no more had I been treated privately! Just felt I should contact you and let you know how great the level of care was!

What could be improved

No improvement neccessary 10/10 wish all hospital experiences were like this one.
