The move from County hospital to civic building was mismanaged forced and totally impractical.

Hiv patients had to visit the hospital for tests and collect meds. And to add insult to injury all notes were still at the hospital. So a wasted journey to civic center. Then pharmacy at County were out of stock of meds.
