"The compassionate treatment I received during my husbands death"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department

(as a relative),

My husband was rushed unexpectedly to a and e by ambulance. The nurse that came out to get us was so warm. She was very professional and kept us well informed. She gave us whilst updates about my husbands condition despite the a and e being very busy.

She broke the news that my husband had passed away with compassion and empathy. Margaret made the whole process a little easier. She is a true Angel.

Dear NanaG,

I am so sorry to hear about the passing of your husband, please accept my sincere condolences. I will make sure that your kind words are shared with Margaret in our emergency department, she will be pleased that in doing her job in a professional and caring maner you felt truly supported.

This will be a very difficult time for you, please take care of yourself.
