my friend has had kidney stones for years and all they do is give him pain killers , now its serious they do nothing about it and dont care that the patient is suffering so much..useless

I am sorry to hear that your friend is suffering from long term kidney stones. As I cannot tell who his consultant is, I would advise your friend in the first instance to go back to his GP so he/she can follow this up with the specialist team at Croydon Health Services.
