I went to LRI (Urgent Care Centre) twice this week for urgent treatment of my stomach pain. During my first visit I was advised after urine test that I might have Gall bladder stones. I was prescribed some medicines and asked to revisit if pain is not managed. Upto this point I was happy since the doctor was very good. However I was in continuous pain and went again after 2 days to LRI. This time I saw a different doctor. Their attitude towards me was very very rude. I was in so much pain and expected some polite words but they told me that you are not the only person in the world who is experiencing pain. This left me speechless. The doctor also asked me to see a private doctor if I don't want to follow their advice. This happened only because I'd just asked them to clear my doubt about the reason for my pain. Because I was confused since initially I was told the reason could be Gall bladder stones and during my second visit the other doctor told me it was due to acidity. I regret my decision of going to LRI in such a severe pain.
"Very dissatified"
