What I liked
I liked the businesslike but friendly attitude of the nurses that treated me
What could be improved
The receptionist was extremely busy but short with enquirers to the point of rudeness. I think that such a large organisation as the NHS could update the website with useful information. Almost al the information I needed about the visit to the hospital was "not yet available"
