"Appalling physiotherapy department"

I was referred to physiotherapy after months of allowing a pelvic fracture to heal under the orders of a consultant. The physiotherapist could not be bothered and asked me to just take some leaflets home and sort it out myself. When I refused and asked for a proper assessment, the physiotherapist apparently did one but then gave me exercises and told me that I would not get another appointment to monitor progress and that to do that I had to call in again after 2 months or so. When I did this, they refused to offer a date that was not within 72 hours of the phone call and so I had to call again. When I turned up to my second appointment, the physiotherapist had not read the notes and spent time reading them. The physiotherapist then said she might do ultrasound and then changed her mind, then changed it back again.Having done ultrasound they then said it might not be right for me and could not tell me how I would know whether or not it was right. The physiotherapist asked if they could discharge me but when I said I felt I had been given no targets or told how to understand whether I had met them the physiotherapist said that they couldn't do much for me because it was so long since the accident. The physiotherapist said if I had seen them within a week of the accident they would have been able to do more. This is in spite of the fact that all the physics and consultant up until then had said that it was too soon for physiotherapy. I felt the physiotherapist had no interest and put in no effort. The department was empty and the receptionist said that this was because of the new appointments system and that the physics liked it like that. All the physics were doing nothing.
