I saw my doctor at his East Hull surgery late afternoon on the Wednesday. He quickly made me an appointment to go and have my leg checked for Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT). I arrived at the Westbourne clinic in West Hull 40 minutes later.
A specialist nurse took all my details and arranged for me to go back to the clinic the next day. The nurse who arranged my appointment was very pleasant, easy to talk to and had a good sense of humour - she needed it with me.
I went back to the clinic the next morning. My test was done and all the staff were very pleasant - all within 20 hours. Great.
