"You've passed the Vera clean test, Well Done"

I am writing on behalf of my Mother, who had a knee replaced in May 2010.

Mum has suffered with servere knee pain ( Both) for a long long time and would'nt think of going into hospital for an operation; " Dont get me wrong" she'd say its not the operation its the infections and that after you can catch.

We heard about Balborough Hospital and looked into it, Mum decided to have her's done there.

It only took weeks really for all the tests ect before she went in; Mum was treated like a Queen the staff ( All of ) are fantastic; the Consultants talk through everything and inform of any decisions explaining along the way.

Now here it is; In our family we always say " But is it Vera Clean"? cos Mum is very paticular, you wont find a trace of dust at Mums and things are "Squeeky clean"; Mum couldnt believe how much cleaning was being done all day every day ( Even the rails the curtains run along ).

Mum's new knee is fantastic the care she had before, during and after was fantastic; and hopefully the second new knee will be in before August and Guess where she will be going!..........
