"Poor experience of care"

My nana has only been in hospital 6 times in her life for the birth of her children. She in her eighties. 

Last week my Nana fell in her home and was taken to Glan Clwyd Hospital.

After Xrays, she was told she has fractured her pelvis and need's two new hips as emergency.

 We feel like one of the care staff in green is not very nice! We hate to see them because they have said so many negative and nasty things, I can not write all down. Including in my view an unnecessary nasty comment on how they think my aunty should go back to work after just recovering from breast cancer! In my opinion, they speaks to my nana like she is 3 years old. They makes a big deal when asked for help to the loo.

My nana is so independent and hates to ask for help but when she does she gets a reply like 'the trouble with you is, you want a nurse to yourself'!

I cant wait to get my nana away! My opinion is that they are a Nasty, negative member of staff! I dont understand why they decided to get a job 'caring' for people when she treats them like that. Discusting.
