From what I have seen food seems not to be ordered properly for inpatients at Queen's Medical centre. Recently as an inpatient I was told to collect lunch, and then this or that has run out, same problem at tea time only an offer of a sandwich, no chips or beans or other hot items.
The afternoon cup of tea is now missing. I was an IP there last year and cup of tea available at 3 pm - ish. Now, I wonder are they saving money since no hot drink between lunch and 6pm? We are aware that QMC is short of cash but an afternoon cuppa is really a blessing for a patient.
