"Verdict on the Surgery"

About: Brownlow Group Practice

This is the best surgery where iI have ever been a patient. It is modern, clean, efficient and has a great walk-in appointments system. I have even walked in and seen a doctor straight away. The longest that I have ever had to wait has been 1 hour and 30 minutes. The most important aspect for me is that I can always get to see a doctor on a day at my convenience.

I find that the doctors are always polite well informed, listen and are most helpful.

How could it be improved? Nothing on the clinical side. Over 30-day waiting for physiotherapy is too long. Any injury should have dissipated by then.

Included is a dental practice. My first appointment is in 8 weeks time.

Many thanks for your feedback. The walk in service does seem to suit many of out patients, and we're very glad that you're pleased with the service overall.

The physiotherapy is a separately commissioned service, somewhat out of our control, but it's useful to be able to feedback concerns about the wait.

I should make clear here that the dental practice is a separate organisation altogether, that just happens to be in the same building as our Ropewalks site.
