As a new patient, I was made to feel very welcome.
The doctor assessed my needs in a kind, respectful and compassionate way, and offered me very helpful advice when I discussed any concerns with them.
I am very grateful for the professional and personal service I received during my consultation.
They invested support, time and effort in me during the consultation.
I will definitely ask to see them for any future appointments.
