(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I came here from another medium secure hospital. There is a better vibe here. It is great to go into the court yard and get some fresh air. The staff do not wear uniforms so it seems more friendly. It would be good to have a computer on the ward to browse the internet. I wouldl like to be able to fulfil my potential by helping people in some way. I would very much recommend this hospital.

It is fantastic to hear you feel there us a good vibe on the ward. As a staff team we fully promote patients having as much fresh air as possible as it is really good for your health. We do not feel it would be appropriate for the staff to wear uniforms and I am glad you agree. We can have a look in the future if it would be possible to have a computer on the ward. I hope you fulfil your potential by helping people, I am sure you do this everyday without even realising it by supporting your community on the ward.
