"High handed physios and off therapists"

I am making a formal complaint ref the ones that visited my mum today.they went all over house in my absence it is my home too and then never bothered telling me what was happening I am only relative and nok they promised to let me know then never bothered.it is appalling behaviour and is not acceptable it is my home too. I refer too erewash enhanced team
