Since coming to live in Mytholmroyd approx 5 years ago, and registering at Grange Dene Medical Centre, I can only say what marvellous service they give.
Reception staff, kind, helpful, efficient. Dr Moore professional, helpful and always has time for you. Instant referrals made to follow up treatments at hospitals, and also alternative allergy testing suggested and apppointments made. The on line booking really easy to follow. Need an urgent appointment on the day - ring in, the duty doctor rings you back within 10 minutes and bingo after listening to you, they sort you with a visit or appointment. Flexible service, if you are able to travel to any of the 3 surgeries within the locality you can go to any. Can book up to 3 wks in advance, and surgery open from 7.30 in he morning and on some evenings open until 8.0pm. Wonderful service, very good staff who all want to help you. How lucky I am to live in Mytholmroyd.
