"Unprofessional lack of communication"

(as the patient),

I arrived early for my appointment and wasn't advised there would be a wait. I had to take the morning off work and was seen over an hour late with no apology.

I had other work commitments which I had to "unprofessionally" cancel due to being at the hospital over two and a half hours for something that should of taken an hour.

The service was good and friendly
