I used the 1B clinic and physio team since the summer of 2016 for an ACL (knee ligament) repair. I had the surgery in December. The staff were very helpful, friendly, professional and talented. I was very happy with the surgery. The results are excellent - minimal scarring, a much stronger knee and a fast recovery. The took very good care of me on the day of the surgery and the operation was very impressive - particularly as it was the height of winter and I could see they were under a lot of pressure. My only constructive criticism would be that you tend to get different answers to some minor questions depending on who you ask, so it pays (as a patient) to keep asking the same questions, just in case. Also, the admin side can sometimes be quite frustrating, but much of that is due to an NHS system that neither the staff nor hospital at large can dictate e.g. they have to send letters for appointments, rather than emails. So overall, my experience was highly positive and I was very impressed.
