(as a carer),

I have been using the Nutrition and Dietetics Service for the ordering and delivery of enteral feeds for my son, who is 7 months old, for a few months now.

I would just like to say that I feel that the service I have received has been outstanding.

Initially I was referred to the service by a consultant paediatrician. I was a little worried when I was told that my son would require prescription milk and aprehensive about what to expect. I have found the process of ordering milk to be delivered either to my local pharmacy or home address extremely simple, easy and quick. A short phone call and the milk is delivered very quickly. The staff on the phone line are extremely helpful and friendly.

I support the organisation in making sure that the voice of patients and the public is heard and used in planning services. This involves running events, managing surveys, and building networks with the local community.
