I have Asthma - not a critical condition, but something that I need to watch. For the last two years, I've had a consultation every 6 months at Edenbridge with an Asthma specialist. Each time I get time and insight that it is impossible to get from a GP visit - this is the preventative type of service that alleviates pressure on Acute Services, and needs to be protected in an era of swingeing cuts.
