What I liked

General cleanliness, friendly staff.

What could be improved

This is not my local hospital but I did note the booking in appointments system at the hospital isnt good at all. My relatives op was rescheduled many times, also the follow up appointments were rescheduled many times also, very frustrating, dont know where you are with them. Never had this at other Trusts.

Anything else?

On arriving at hospital my relative was sent all over the place by members of staff, who didnt seem to know directions themselves, upon reaching the correct destination, eventually had the op in the afternoon instead of the intended morning appointment. All in all a disappointment.
