Since November 2016 when throat cancer diagnosed, I have been in and out of Northwick Park in many different departments and wards for tests and procedures prior to radiotherapy & chemo scheduled at Mount Vernon.
Despite being such a depressing and foreboding building to look at from the outside, everyone I have seen inside is cheerful, attentive, efficient, informative, reassuring and skilled at their task despite sometimes being under pressure and a health service struggling to cope. I couldn't ask for more.
