I had a heart attack and eventually ended up at the Northern General Hospital Sheffield (eventually, because I waited 3 days before seeking care). I went to A& E and was soon transferred to Firth 7.
The care I was given at all times was very good. I was kept informed at every step of the way. I am booked in for a bypass operation very soon so from attack to operation will have taken 3 weeks.
At the moment I cannot praise both the NHS and hospital highly enough.
Even the food was quite reasonable!
