"Thank you to the triage nurse at Scunthorpe"

I had reason to go to A/E yesterday in Scunthorpe.

May I say thank you to the triage nurse. Apart from anything else I am in a wheelchair and have MS. The nurse was amazing, she treated me as a patient and not as a symptom. She was patient when I was slow in giving out information, she spoke on a one to one to me and it was greatly appreciated.

Many people assume that if you are in a wheelchair you are a non-person.

I am afraid that I did not get the nurses name but I woud appreciate it if you coud pass on this information.
