I attend Picton Road Surgery, after having a fall. I had gone to the hospital and had scans and showed a neck injury. I went to physio, and the physio sent a report back to my GP.
When I attended my GP, they said that they didn't have the report. Now I just have painkillers but I have a lot of pain in my head and am dizzy and feverish, this has been going on for a while now.
Generally the GP is okay, and I can get an appointment alright but I don't understand what has happened to this report.
"Missing records... Where have they gone!?"
