"I was in for an operation and ..."

What I liked

I was in for an operation and fromthe minute I walked into thed department I was cared for exceptioally well. There was 2 nurses and 5 patients 1 was being discharged. going down to the operating thatre was very good the nurses talked to me keeping me calm and relaxed and was not left alone at one point from getting to the waiting area to been taken back to the ward. I was only supposed to be in for a few hours and ended up in overnight for complications and was very well treated. It was a very good experience and would gladly go back if I ever need further treatment.

What could be improved

Although the nurses did very well and were constantly there, more staff on the ward could be an option to ease the work load. I cannot fault them at all and they worked extremely hard day staff and night staff
