What I liked

From my initial appointment with my Surgeon, then the Pre-assessment Nurse, Hip School and then the day of operation, everyone was very helpful & reassuring, answering any worries or queries I had. Afterwards, until my discharge on the 16th June, All the Staff on Ward 4 were great, so thanks to everyone

I was pleased to learn that from your first appointment with the Surgeon, until your discharge from Ward 4, you found all the staff helpful, reassuring and able to answer any queries you had.

We will pass your comments on to the Staff on Ward 4 via the Patient Relations Manager at the Leeds Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust.
