What I liked

The Receptionist was very pleasant and new what they were doing.

What could be improved

The way the person who examined my xray spoke to me, and the treament explained more fully, I understand that you are very busy but I still do not fully understand what to do,

Anything else?

Yes I was given a ticket and no one told me that I should give this into reception to book another appointment you should not assume that people know.
