(as the patient),

In my opinion, I have never been treated so bad in my whole life.

The staff were rude unhelpful towards me, I had to call pals to witness the treatment and even when they came it felt like the nurse tried to turn the pal representative against me.

Very unprofessional, I had a serious injury which I think was all made a million percent worse by my treatment.  I have never cried so much In the whole of my life. My experience of the the ward culture was shocking.
