"Accessing help in a crisis"

About: Turning Point Mental Health Services / Crisis Point

(as the patient),

I was referred by my GP during a crisis some months ago and received a call 2 weeks later - this was disappointing because it didn't reflect the urgency of my situation.

There had been a mix up and I was offered residential care, which I didn't want, so the service said they would be in touch again about an alternative.

I have heard nothing since, its now Jan 2017 and I am in real need of mental health support. I feel disappointed and worried about avenues for care.
