What I liked
Such competant and friendly staff, almost always. I have been attending since Dec. 09 and now await my third operation, no longer in fear and trepidation.
What could be improved
Outpatients can be a bit of a scrum
Anything else?
If only every NHS hospital was like this.
Let's hope the inevitable move will not lose this unique caring atmosphere.
